One North Carolina SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program


Please carefully read the FY 2009-2010 Solicitation, all grant guidelines, and related materials before applying.

Before you can begin preparing an application, you must select the type of Matching Grant for which you wish to apply.

After completing a brief set of eligibility questions, you will be prompted to login to our application system. If you do not have an existing account, please create one as instructed. If you have created an account before, please use your existing login, even if it was created to apply for OneNC Small Business Funds under a different Solicitation.
