INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS |
Exhibit tables will be placed in the concourse facing meeting rooms 305 and 306 (see convention center floor plan).
An 8' long table and two chairs will be provided. You may use pop-up displays or similar set ups, but your exhibit must fit in a 10 foot x 3 foot space. If you require additional amenities such as electricity and internet connection, additional charges may apply.
Setup: Wednesday, March 25th, 2009, 10 a.m - 12 noon.
Break down: Thursday, March 26th 2009, 5:00 p.m.
